“I am never not tired. I never have the energy to do anything, so it often does not get done. I do what needs to be done. I do what is urgent. I do what needs to happen right now. I show up for my commitments to the best of my ability.
But beyond that, the should-dos and the could-dos remain on the “Someday/Maybe” list.
Because I’m never not tired. I’m never not struggling to find the energy just to have a shower, let alone enough strength to shave my legs when I’m in there.
I’m never not tired. Waiting to have the energy to do something is a waste of my time. It’s probably a waste of your time too. I will never have enough energy to get through everything I wanted to do today.
Because I will never be not tired. I can’t wait for one second longer.”
